More About the Author

Matt Dunn is the author of eight novels, including the bestselling The Ex-Boyfriend's Handbook (which was shortlisted for both the Romantic Novel of the Year Award and the Melissa Nathan Award for Comedy Romance) and A Day at the Office (one of Amazon's Top Editor Picks for 2013, and a #1 bestseller across several categories). He's also written about life, love, and relationships for various publications including The Times, Guardian, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Company, Elle, and The Sun.

Previously, he's worked as a professional lifeguard, fitness-equipment salesman, and most recently, an I.T. head-hunter (where his success in re-writing other people's CVs made him think he might have a talent for fiction), but he prefers writing novels for a living, so please keep buying his books!

Another great offering by Mr Dunn, loveable characters, great wit and clever story line, yet to be disappointed by anything written by Matt Dunn. I'd be happy with an accidental proposal!

I have read all his books and I have been really pleased with them all except this one. I found it extreamly slow to start and I didnt get into the book until two thirds into it. I didnt have that urge to have a good night in with my book and a glass of wine with this book. I read it just because I had started it. It was ok but as I loved his other novels I really looked forward to the book being delivered as I pre ordered it months before it was published. Not one of his best attempts in my opionion.

this is a good book but the first two were better. i've seen the cover and feel like buying it immediately (look, it's so pretty!) but i chose to read the first two books first, as i prefer it to feel like "sequel" or something.
it's about Ed and Dan and Ed's wedding is going haywire before they know it. it's kinda predictable tho, the ending. but i believe that's how some of us readers would want it to be. it's a good read anyways. do give it a try!

Loved reading this book by Matt Dunn, the only author who makes me laugh out loud! Hilarious, and as ever, so many brilliant one liners. The first page had me in stitches :) well done. Very entertaining read.

I have all of Matt Dunns books and although he will never set the world on fire with his writing, they are easy to read and enjoyable. However, this title is boring and it has taken me months to read when I normally read a book a week on average. Ed(the main character) is spineless and boring just like all the other characters. What is going on Matt Dunn????

I want to read more!
This is the first Matt Dunn book I have read and will be ordering more. Loveable, relatable characters, funny story line, left me wanting to know more at the end.
I read this book in a matter of days as I could not put it down, and even felt sad when I finished it (please tell me I'm not the only person who gets this lol). Definitely recommend, there are some really funny moments.

Nothing to dislike about this book. It's witty and keeps you on edge of seat. Honestly, I did not want to put it down.

Matt Dunn's last book was far too long, and that is also true of this latest offering. Some great one-liners, but way too shallow a story to pad out to 350+ pages. It seems to go on forever.
