This book was bought from my dad, who is still reading through it, I have already researched the author which is why I bought the book. From what I have researched the book should show ways on how to reduce and eliminate back pain, ie sitting properly and not for long periods. I imagine that the main purpose is about improving the balance of muscles from one side to the other how to realign them with exercises and stretches, this seems to be the way to reduce and banish back pain for good. There are lots of links in the book to Jesse Cannone's website for further gadgets or pills to help with inflammation, heatpads etc.. but obviously with a costs, however if you have tried everything else and your back pain is very bad what have you got to lose, it may be worth thinking about these too. Please do your research first as they are lots of books on exercise and stretching on amazon, but I think stretching is the key to evening your muscle balance on both sides and preventing back and knee pains!
