This really isn't good value for money and I regret paying for it.
It is basically an advert for the author's website and book. If it wasn't for Kindle than this "product" would never have been offered for sale.
It really is terrible value for money. It is a shame as the StickK.com website is very good as is the book "carrot and stick" by the author.
The basic idea is precommitment . You tell people what you are going to do and then pay a forfeit if you don't achieve it. There is quite compelling evidence that it often works.
This article is well written and it doesn't really make any extravagant claims but it is pretty short and is more of an advertising pamphlet.
