I say invisible, because how many people or dietitians really tune in or focus on the body's blood sugar levels.
When I did this way of eating, on the fifth day I felt like wonder woman. Super energy and my mood was elevated to a whole new level of clarity. What I found for myself, was really being there for my body by bringing food with me to eat at my every 2-3 hour intervals, translated into really "being there". As if my blood sugar was a child and it began to understand that I was in control, and I was going to take care of it so it could blossom me into being the most complete me that I could be. Adele Puhn has definitely found a golden key to the human design....and for this I am so grateful.
