I have used this product before seeing here. I like that it has 30 individual packets. I get everything at once without the trouble of opening a bunch of different vitamin bottles and counting out the tablets. It has more ingredients than most multivitamins - and the price is far more reasonable. I also noticed that my fingernails were much stronger after only a couple weeks. My hair also started feeling more managable and although I don't know that this product was solely responsible, I physically feel better after using it on a regular basis.

I used to take this product but the but the store stopped carrying it. I'm glad to find it here and at such a great price! My nails are very thin and soft so as they grow they split and peel. These vitamins make them very strong and they grow fast! My skin glows too and it gives me energy.

I've been using this product on and off and suggested it to friends aswell. I tend to take them at night and every morning I've noticed that my skin feels so much smoother. A friend who started using it noticed that she had less break outs since she started consuming and that's after one week! My skin is good, but I know it's better looking, feeling,etc when I use it. I personally don't consume it every day because I'm concerned about hypervitaminosis. Either way, it's good!
