About the Author

Jude Currivan is an internationally well-known sensitive, scientist, healer and cosmic geomancer. Based near Avebury in England, Jude has researched ancient wisdom, consciousness and metaphysics since early childhood. She has a PhD in Archaeology and a Masters Degree in Physics from Oxford University, specialising in cosmology and quantum physics. She has been featured on UK television and the Learning Channel in the US.

The 13th Step is an account of a series of inner and outer journeys to sacred sites around the world, from Africa, to Easter Island, New Zealand, China and Egypt - many off the tourist trail - at a time that the author believes is a cusp of great change. Each journey contains a solid depth of historical and cultural information laced with the elixir of modern mythology and magical realism.
Jude Currivan PhD is a physicist, cosmologist and archaeologist. Although obstinately rationalist minds will fail to alight on this book, fellow new age pilgrims of a golden age dawning beyond the Mayan calendar's countdown to 2012, will relate to the portals passed through on this epic global journey.
With Jude Currivan's intellect lending gravitas to the compassionate wisdom and "far out" orbit of knowledge beyond the well trodden path of shamanic teachings, this book is a way-show-er for this new paradigm of thinking about a shift of consciousness to encompass multidimensional realities. It is sure to become a scuffed world traveller in many many rucksacks!

This is a really enjoyable read. As well as being the authors personal journey I found it very enlightening around my own journey. It puts some complex theories into easily understandable concepts which I certainly found refreshing. It enabled me to see things from a different and more life fullfilling perspectives.

The other reviewers are absolutely spot on with their assesment of this wonderful book.I borrowed this book from the library as the title intrigued me, not sure I would really get into it, well how wrong was I. The book was amazing, I literally couldn't put it down and raced through each chapter eager to hear the next installment of Jude's incredible journey. It was a tour de force of a spiritual odyssey,informative on so many levels and written with such a genuine passion and humility. Jude made a highly spiritual story so personal.
I promptly ordered my own copy from Amazon, and loving the book so much sent a copy to my dear friend in Canada.
I highly recommend this beautiful book.
