While this book isn't as laugh-out-loud funny as the jacket blurb would have you believe, it's a very entertaining look at gay urban life from the perils of bad sex to the indignities suffered by those with the temerity to walk their dogs in public parks. In fact, if there is one article which is laugh-out-loud funny, it's the one where the author gets his revenge on the dog pound officer. Other favourites are his analysis of the Baptist Disney Boycott and his suggestions for a range of more religiously oriented toys in an open memo to Mattel. If that weren't enough, Ford is also a Cher fan. What more could you ask for? An excellent follow up to 'Alec Baldwin...'.
