5.0 out of 5 stars listen up! 5 Feb 2008
By Me
Format:Audio CD
Another rockin' bit of Morrissey and worth humming along to (love the wailing intro; but isn't the version played on the radio longer?). You may not be aware that track 2 'The Last of the famous International playboys' is a live recording from the Hammerstein Ballroom, New York City 27th October 2007 (about tea time.)

5.0 out of 5 stars never mind the track.... 10 April 2013
Format:Vinyl|Verified Purchase
Morrissey fans will know the song. The reason I bought it on vinyl was plain old sentimentality. I miss 7" singles and this one is a thing of beauty. Pressed with the old Decca record label and packaged as well as any vinyl album ever was, even if I never play it [seeing as I haven't got a record player at the moment:) ] it is still something I am very happy to have bought and own.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent track - back to his best 11 Feb 2008

Brilliant track, heralding the new ...er....greatest hits album. Satisfying my Mozza hunger for now, quenching my Mozza thirst.....but I'll be back, Steven, so make sure you're writing....

4.0 out of 5 stars A great song to fill the gap to the next album 7 May 2008
By Jason L. Baucom - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
"That's How People Grow Up" is a nice and catchy song that continues with Morrissey's continued music growth. His music seem to get better with age, HIS age that is. It starts out with the Björkish sound of Kristeen Young in the beginning of the song and then carries on well. The song has a thoughtful meaning of growing up and growing on. To me that is. But that's what I love about Morrissey. It's up to your interpretation. For now anyway.
