I really enjoyed the story. The Hood's were up to there usual catching the bad guys. After just finish Rob's story (The Perfect Seduction (Kimani Romance)) I was really looking forward to this one because Rob was such a romantic. Well Zach is almost the total opposite. He was really str8 and to the point, and said what was on his mind, which is why him and Kim were perfect for each other because they are exactly the same. For me this book lacked the intimacy between Rob & Kim. It took them a really long time to get together, and I thought the love scenes lacked a lot of descriptive details. Often times they were over before they started. I did like the suspense side of the story. It was almost like reading a mystery novel trying to figure out the clues, and who was actually after the judge (Kim). I do think the story ending too abruptly. The final mystery was solved in the last 2 pages of the book, and then it was swiftly over. An Epilogue would have been nice as well. To find out what happened with Zack & Kim, if Kim finally got the family she always wanted. I feel like the reader is left hanging a bit. Hopefully we'll find out what happened with them if Hugh's story is written.
