Great by DP. The hero is Todd Burke & heroine Jane Parker based in Jacobsville. We also meet up with Drs. Copper Coltrain & Lou Blakeley as this story runs parallel to Coltrains Proposal. The basic plot is that Jane Parker has suffered injuries in barrel racing thus ending her rodeo career & her ranch is destitute with the help of this whole hunk of man she finds happiness & success once more. A heartwarming read with a few great one liners to boot. Happy reading.

I have read books by Diana Palmer now for quite a number of years, I have to say this series is embarrassingly naive in its story line and characters. The LTT Series has been going for a long time, maybe I should have cut my losses and not bought any more of this series, but as I always enjoyed books by DP I thought they would improve..... But they didn't, the man is always strong, an actual hero and the woman is always, shy retiring, totally without confidence and almost childlike in her behaviour. None of the characters seem even remotely feasible, big big big disappointment I am sorry to say.

Was a very good story. It held my interest how That Burke Man found his partner Jane and held on to her making a happy family with his daughter. It was good to see Doctor Coltraines entry into the storyline
