Product Description

Product Description

This text succeeds "The New Short Textbook". It covers the whole undergraduate syllabus and integrates basic science principles throughout. The addition of clinical cases in each chapter illustrates the application of theory and basic science to clinical practice. Written for medical students, this text provides an introducton to orthopaedics without overloading the reader with facts. Surgical students may also find this text useful as a quick reference guide to the subject.

Although the book is aimed at medical students, I found it useful as a radiographer-in-training. The book helped me to understand the types of fractures in detail, in an easy-to-read layout.
