I have just returned from 2 weeks holiday having used this item to keep the fish ticking over until my return. The fish did not touch the block and therfore were underfed on my return. When I did feed them unfortunately one fish overate and died. I would recommend that you try this stuf before you go to see if the fish will eat it.
