Which area is your Body in?
The VERY ACIDIC area: 4.5 - 5.75
This "danger zone" is NOT where you want your pH to be. If you're in this area, you MUST take serious steps to correct this acidity. If your pH is in this range, your body is 50 to 100 times too acidic! An internal terrain like this is poison to your cells.
The ACIDIC area: 6.0 - 6.5
In this "caution" zone, your body is 5 to 10 times too acidic. Making alterations to your diet and supplementing these diet changes with alkalising elements will help to bring your pH back up to where to should be.
The IDEAL area : 6.75 - 7.25

Easy to see pH testing strips for urine and saliva,

I wanted to be able to test the pH of my urine and saliva at home to help monitor my osteoporosis. I needed pH strips that covered sub-levels and that could be read with some degree of accuracy. These strips have two squares on each one that are different colours making it easy to compare them with the chart supplied in the handy, discreet pack. I am very pleased with them but I have found it hard to get the top off their container resulting in them falling out all over the floor on one occasion.

These test strips are perfect for assessing how acidic your body is, and thus being able to correct it with a mostly alkaline diet. Just dip a strip in water and read off the colour match for an accurate pH level. Scary when you find out how acidic tap water is.... I now add a tiny drop of bicarb to my drinking water to neutralise it.
