Tess Stimson was born and brought up in Sussex, England. She read English at St. Hilda's College, Oxford. After graduating, Tess joined ITN, where she reported and produced regional and world stories, travelling to hotspots and war-zones all over the globe. Her novel, The Adultery Club, was a Top Ten Bestseller and has been translated into 15 languages. Her other titles include Hard News, Soft Focus, Pole Position, The Infidelity Chain, The Cradle Snatcher, Beat the Bitch (non-fiction), What's Yours Is Mine, and most recently, The Wife Who Ran Away (publication Jan 2012). Tess lives in Vermont with her husband and three children.
