I have large double glazed windows which get a bit cold in the winter. I bought a batch of these and applied to all of my windows with excellent results.
The biggest and best improvement is that condensation has been eliminated. It just doesn't happen any more. It used to be worst in the bedrooms where blinds weren't always opened during the day.
Fitting is easy. The sheets are huge, so first you apply the double sided tape around the window, then start with one corner of the sheet, stick it around the window. Next you use a hair dryer to shrink the sheet into place. It disappears completely, you wouldn't notice it was there without checking.

I'd heard of similar products for many years, but never bothered.....until this recent really cold spell. I have an unheated studio/workshop in which I prefer not to use a heater so as to avoid uneven temperatures.
I applied one layer of this product to my main window, very easily-no problems, and then went on to create a secondary layer using a 1/2in spacer ....the result is now a triple glazing effect providing great insulation and lack of condensation....all for a few quid !!!
I highly recommend this product to anyone with similar problems -
PS I then went on to buy the bigger kit so that I've got plenty in stock for the future, and double sided carpet tape works just as well if you run out of the limited supply of tape provided with the kit.

I've used it on my bedroom large single windows where condensation was creating small pond almost every morning.
First of all it is so easy to use. Make sure to clean the area so the tape (which by the way could be a bit stronger) sticks properly. I've cut the foil with extra 2cm each side before placing it to avoid cutting the frame. After that a bit of magic with the dryer and done! There is still a bit of condensation on the glass but generally it is 95% less! Quite brilliant! And you can feel the difference in room temperature!
Only downside is that the foil is rather thin and could be easily damaged. But for the price I'll manage to be careful. Overall 4/5.

Wrinkle Free - Not
I found it impossible to fix wrinkle free, and wrinkles could not be removed by heating with a hair dryer.
