An excellent combiation of wordplay and tunes; ocassional laugh loud hysterics, but frequently witty and satirical too.
As many have mentioned, the brain child of McDermott brothers and Currie, this is almost irrelevant, as this sounds nothing like the Del Amitri connection to The Uncle Devil Show.
There is hardly a weak spot in the twelve tracks, a couple of the ballads are a bit too simple, but that is nitpicking really.
If songs almost psychedlic bicycles, wasted celebrities, lamentable transvestites, pigeon attackers and low life hoodlums are your bag, you might just enjoy this! Just make should you haven't got a humour bypass in your brain.
