I bought this for my mother some time ago. Unit proved to be extremely accurate, and easy to use. Whole measurement takes 10-15 second only - I have seen some monitors which take their time till your arm turns blue.
Due to heavy use arm band worn out and had to be replaced. Apparently, almost any replacement arm band would fit, not just one from original manufacturer.
