Five adventure motorcyclists.. with basic bikes.. ..and even more basic equipment... cross Europe: Greece and Turkey, Kazakhstan and Russia to become the first recorded motorcyclists ever to cross the gruelling 'Zilov Gap?, a 392 mile stretch of impassable tracks, trails, marshes and rivers where the road across Siberia literally runs out! There isn t a motorcycle title in the UK that has such a handsome 56 page booklet of photos and stories to accompany this incredible DVD. Even Mondo Enduros' has now been eclipsed!

This was the second round the world trip after Mondo Enduro. Clever filming which keeps you interested, never a dull moment. Glad to see the old tried and tested use of the poncho as a tent still in use. It shows how little you can get away with carrying on such a mammouth journey. It really doesn't compare to The Long Way Down, Terra Circa is miles better

I guess that I'm like a lot of people, in that I read/watched 'The Long Way Down' before I'd even heard of 'Mondo Enduro'.

As has been said in other review, C&E might've followed the (pioneering!?) trails of the Mondo crew, but there's almost no comparision...

Yes, I came away from 'LWD' (Long Way Down) inspired by the journey, the places and the potential for adventure, I also realised that there was no way that I could compare myself, it terms of time, money and sheer scale of logistics.

What Terra Circa shows you is that genuinely, ordinary people can do extra-ordinary things.

Even if you're not considering a motorcycle adventure, this is a must have DVD. It's funny and put together in a way that makes you feel like you're right there and a part of it.

Terra Circa is a real eye opener to adventure motorcycling, it dispels the myth that only those which vast resources and huge sponsorship (yes that's you Charlie & Ewan) can travel around the world. Austin, Gerald and a group of friends set off and adventure finds them along the way, truly inspiring stuff and very funny. Terra Circa shows anyone can have an adventure and also create their own highly entertaining video documentary as well.

After watching this it's a must to also watch `Mondo Enduro' in which Austin takes part in another inspiring motorcycle trip with a group of friends.

The first time I saw this I'd just finished my own around-the-world motorcycle trip lasting 3 years but the approach adopted by Austin and the team was completly different to my safe and realtively comfortable journey.

If you want to see how to ride around the world on a motorcycle and a shoestring having more laughs and adventures along the way that most will ever experience, then this is the way to do it.

Austin's variable fashion sense continues from Mondo Enduro with regular changes of hair styles, sunglasses and helmets if I remember correctly !

Again you will find yourself agog at the hard-core way they travelled.

Buy it and be amused for a second time !

A must have DVD if you love bikes. It's well filmed, funny, witty and inspirational. Not your Long Way Round stuff, this is the real deal, no support teams here or sponsors. Proper boys own adventure. If you ever get the chance to go to an evening with Austin Vince don't think twice, you will not be disappointed.

Very good film, where you can assimilate with the guys. Some better than average video too. Austin Vince's positive and happy go lucky attitude to the whole adventure, is very enjoyable. Better than Mondo Enduro, which is also very good film. Would certainly recommend this film.

Similar to the Mondo Enduro DVD but the quality of the filming is better due to improved equipment. Some of the same good humoured people make this an excellent addition for anyone who has aspirations of even a modest motorcycle trip on the cheap!
