This stuff transformed my hair . I have lots of very fine hair which was getting dry from too much straightening and colouring. The transformation with this stuff was amazing! Super shine and softness and manageability from first use. Sweet vanilla smell that lingers and easy to use. Never makes hair weighed down even if you overdo the application . Greatstuff!
Teamed with the Terax Crema Conditioner my hair has never looked so healthy. It's expensive to get in the UK.. sadly. I so wish the manufacturers would supply to retailers over here!

I have a lot of fine, regulalrly highlighted hair and was looking to find a good deep hair conditioner that did not weigh down my hair. Also I have sensitive skin and a lot of products have ingredients I avoid, which narrows down considerably my choices.

I have a book called Beauty Confidential by Nadine Haosbh Beauty Confidential and this is mentioned in there, along with the Terax moisturising conditionerTerax Hair Care Crema Ultra Moisturizing Daily Conditioner 6.7 fl oz (200 ml).

You use the life drops by first shampooing and conditioning as usual and then using as a leave in treatment. I left my hair to dry naturally.

I was sceptical that this would be a good product as its quite a runny consistency and I ended up using more than was recommended in Nadines book but it has worked out ok! More than ok actually as this so far has been the best deep hair conditioner I have used. My hair is soft and bouncy the next day and the next.

I would definitely recommend this product if you have dry, treated hair. You dont need to do anything too much out of your routine (ie some call for wearing a cap, heating the product up before use etc.)

It has a lovely smell, a light vaniila scent and as per all new beauty products if you have sensitive skin you should patch test first. I did this and it passed.

Nice and light, but makes a huge difference in my hair 16 July 2011

I had read about this on a hair care forum, where it was recommended for fine-haired wavy and curly gals who need extra protein. I decided to try it out, and am so glad I did! After using it just once, my waves (which had been looking rather straight) curled right up, and it left my hair feeling really soft and lovely.

Several reviewers on other websites had mentioned that the smell of this could be off-putting, but I didn't find it to be too strong or odorous at all. Once applied in my hair, I couldn't smell it at all.

I also like how this plays well with other hair products. I've been experimenting by layering various brands of curl cremes and gels over it, and it doesn't flake up or act strangely at all.

As for the amount to use, I've been using two dime-sized amounts on my shoulder-length hair. I may increase the amount to make sure I really get all my hair covered. I've also just been raking it through my hair with my fingers, but I might try a comb.

If you're following the Curly Girl method of no silicone or sulfates (see {CURLY GIRL BY Massey, Lorraine(Author)}Curly Girl: The Handbook [With DVD] (Expanded)[paperback]Workman Publishing(Publisher), this product is also Curly-Girl-friendly.

Overall, this is a great everyday leave-in that gives fine hair the protein it needs. It's going on my Holy Grail list of hair products for sure!

Gives damaged hair new life 17 July 2010

I've been using Life Drops for over 5 years, applying each time I wash and towel dry my hair before blow drying. My otherwise dry, damaged hair wouldn't survive without this stuff. I highly recommend it for any kind of hair that you want to care for.
