Cheap and faulty 22 Feb 2012

We attempted to use this grill the morning after it arrived and it never heated up. We adjusted the plugs, the outlet, tried everything and could never make it work. The second I took it out of the box, the grill felt cheap and flimsy. We're just adding it to the list of faulty and poorly made goods that the UK seems to be plagued with. We definitely will be returning it and not asking for a replacement.
