The itouch Tone offers a combination of pre-set programmes and manual selection with a wide range of settings for both professional and home use. It features 0.5 mA intensity steps for fine control of strength allowing you to use the maximum comfortable stimulation.
itouch Tone gives powerful muscle toning and pain relief. The 8 pre-set EMS programmes can be used to increase muscle endurance and strength. For suffers of muscle related atrophy or reduced function. EMS can be used to prevent or slow further muscle deterioration. These programmes can be used for wellbeing, massage and beauty.
The 2 TENS programmes can be used to help relieve pain such as back pain, arthritis, sciatica. Both programmes can be set to individuals personal requirements.
A built in usage diary enables you to monitor your use of the unit. It records and saves the total time that the unit has been used while connected to the body. The itouch Tone had comfortable strength controls which monitors skin and pad condition to ensure that the stimulation remains constant, linked to very small steps of intensity for added comfort.
IMPORTANT: If you suffer from epilepsy or a heart rhythm problem, use a pacemaker, or your pain is undiagnosed, you should NOT use the itouch Tone. You may wish to discuss your options with your doctor or specialist. If you are pregnant, the itouch tone much NOT be used. Please note that the itouch Tone is NOT a maternity TENS. Years ago in Harley Street, I had received similar treatment for an atrophied calf muscle. I couldn't afford to buy my own equipment then, but this small, convenient and effective unit has helped me to get the muscle working again. Now my efforts at walking properly are actually building up muscle tone and my Achilles tendon isn't so stressed. Added to that, this TensCare unit can also help relieve pain. It takes the edge off the twinges in my arthritic knee. How did I get on without it for so long?
I have to experiment to find the best spots to place the pads, but then the muscle 'kicks in' and it contracts in a way that my limping gait has not been able to exercise it for decades. The sticky pads last a long time (then I lick them just once and they go sticky again). The battery life seems endless and the electric charge is so tiny that you can't easily do yourself any harm (only, I suppose if you were to use it on really soft skin).
If you have chronic pain or wasted muscles and can afford around £60 then you could find this a great benefit.

I bought the itouch tens/ems machine and eagerly anticipated it's arrival, following the review i read. Unfortunately the product arrived promptly but with the self-adheseive pads missing. I called Amazon and returned the item. Then waited again. That very same day the replacement product arrived! Whoop Whoop! but alas, also missing the same parts! Arghhhhhh! Amazon customer services have been awesome! I cannot fault how helpful they have been, so big thumbs up for the service, however, anyone purchasing this item.... i would give them a call to check this problem has been rectified before you order. Just to save anyone else having this problem. Other than that , when i receive the pads ill let everyone know if it as i good as i hope it to be!
