Review
Great map - Amazon Reader Review. (previous edition) I used this map every day in Tenerife over the past week and found it great and up-to-date. Navigating in Tenerife is fairly easy - more so with this map. It does feature some forestry-type roads (i.e ones you wouldn't want to tackle in a rental car or poor weather), but these are clearly marked as secondary roads. Incidentally, the TF-436 (Masca) on the west is a great drive (if you like windy, Italian-type roads with amazing cliffs and more switchbacks than you can shake a stick at). It would be great if it was pre-folded in a logical manner, as my navigator tore his hair out trying to fold it again each time. This meant it wore out quite quickly. Also, it would have been great if it came in a plastic cover. However, for the price it's great value. (Note 2010 Edition has a proper logical map fold for easy use - solving the one criticism of our earlier edition). --Amazon Reader Review
Amazon Reader Review(#1 REVIEWER). (previous edition) Got the map because it cost next to nothing with another book and I was intending to go to Tenerife for carnival again. Unfortunately I didn't get there so haven't had a chance to use the map. It looks great and takes up no room so buy one anyway. I can imagine it might be a bit of a handfull when opening and closing in confined spaces, but I guess this is when you start communicating with the local community as you pass corners of the map to them to hold and start getting chatty! On a serious note it looks efficient and useful. --Amazon Reader Review
