Magnificent! Beautifully presented books, excellent recipes. I'm not a natural cook, cooking is not my greatest skill. This book is great for me as it's nice and simple, no fuss. I have only had this a few weeks and I've used it loads. Great for finding delicious recipes for winter veg (i.e. the stuff still lingering in the veg box at the end of the week!) We have an allotment and it's got great tips for growing too.
Look forward to using this all year round. Love it and recommend it to anyone.

This twin book collection in softcover is held in a hard sleeved jacket and is more than a recipe book,it has been written in Slater's unique style. These books can be read (as in a novel)as well as a simple recipe book.

very informative; a bargain buy, the c.o indoors prefers his style of cooking and writing over a lot of the other pundits. 5star rating.

Being a huge Nigel Slater fan and already owning the original two volumes of Tender, I bought this as a gift for a friend. It's a really beautiful set - I had to resist taking off plastic wrap so that I could have a peek inside! Recommended.

great product, lovely books, but with the price of postage to New Zealand coming into effect since buying this product.... as much as it was a great purchase... the postage will make it cost prohibitive in the future for me to purchase any further products like this
