Although compared to many contemporary singer/songwriters, Kellie has a pure voice that allows her poignant lyrics to be heard to best effect, without the vocal pyrotechnics of some of the more famous artist of the genre.

The tracks cover a wide range in lyrical content, from a father's take on a famous wife - and now a famous daughter - to reflections in her bedroom.

My favourite tracks are the slow, soulful ones. More than one massive seller for Westlife type bands should Kellie's beautifully crafted songs be given a wider audience. LET'S NOT KEEP HER A SECRET, TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND PLAY THIS ALBUM TO DEATH.

Wonderful live, catch her, as I did this week in Bristol. I had never heard of her but went out of curiosity and was totally won over by a rare talent. At least enough material for another album, including some wonderful covers of other unsung, but deserving in exposure, artists.

If you're reading this you already know something about Kellie. Spread the word - this girl is the real thing.

I heard this playing in a music shop and had to find out what it was - bought it instantly, even though it was the one that had been played! (They only had this one left). Kellie has a beautiful voice and the songs are very moving.

A terrific debut album - it's rumoured that a long awaited folow up may not be too far away.
The clarity of Kellie's voice has to be heard to be believed - best appreciated on tracks with minimal (or no) instrumental accompaniment, such as In My Room.
Catch her live, either solo or with her mother Chris, with The Albion Band - or however and whenever you can!
