OK, so this is above average, feel good, dance floor fluff - so far, so good. For the uninitiated, though (including, I would guess, the 2 previous reviewers), take a listen to the originals which, as far as I can tell, this record almost entirely consists of - Smalltown Boy and Why, both by Bronski Beat and both on their The Age of Consent album. It's ironic that what were originally 2 highly political (if, at the same time, highly danceable) records, fighting the gay cause in the UK's state sponsored homophobic 1980's have been given the Porelli Calendar treatment for the video - guys on bikes and girls in heels. Makes a difference from dykes on bikes and drag queens in heels I suppose. How times have changed...!

A great floorfiller for the night, thats perfect for driving to and full of bass. The catchy rhythm will be ringing round your head for many days to come!
I loved the video too - obviously not on the cd, but actually makes some sense - unlike most club videos. Loved the girls in their driving gear too... yum! ;p

Great single - well worth a buy!

hot reworking of Bronski Beat classic 3 Sept. 2006

Not sure if the vocals are resung here, but they sound just like Jimmy Sommerville on this electro house remake of "Why". Really captures the feel of the original while bringing it into the new millennium.
