I'm not sure how the product can be described as sturdy. It arrived on time, packaged well, so no complaints on that front, but the actual product was actually just a joke. Bought it after the other reviews as I wanted to save money on a window cleaner and we've a couple of windows which are hard to reach, so I thought this product would be ideal.
Opened it up and yes, the extendable pole is OK, but the actual head is so badly put together, after 1 attempt at changing the angle of the head I had to tape it up to stop if falling apart. The angled head is held together by a piece of plastic and a screw that you can't actually tighten without it falling apart, so when you put the slightest bit of pressure on i.e. leant it against the window it just tipped backwards.
My windows ended up more smeary than they started due to the poor quality of the blade which is supposed to clear away all remaining water.
I know it wasn't expensive but I'd expect a bit more for the money. If you want your windows to look good and you don't want to spend most of the time trying to fix the cleaner, don't go near this product!

Please do not buy this product. The product itself arrived well packaged and extended to a reasonable length. However when using this product for the first time it all seemed very straight forward and i attached the squeegee. I washed my first window which was downstairs (so had no need to even extend the pole yet). when i went to squeegee the water off the plastic on the pole just snapped and the squeegee fell off and is now beyond repair. Absolutely rubbish product and would advise anyone against buying this.

Despite being suspicious of the first 3 reviews for this item, all giving it 5 stars, I decided it was cheap enough to risk giving it a go. The first one arrived broken but the suppliers provided another one reasonably quickly, so full marks for the customer service side of things. As for the cleaner itself, the pole is just too flimsy (when extended) to be able to apply enough pressure either to remove stubborn bits of dirt, or to dry the windows without leaving streaks. It did leave the windows cleaner than they had been, and it is cheap, so if you're not too bothered about perfection then give it a go. But my windows weren't left clean enough to give more than 2 stars.
