Fast delivery. The ladders are well-made and I like the stabiliser bar at the base, which is detachable. The catches were positive and worked well. I tried the ladders out on the upstairs windows and no problem. It was easy to get onto the garage/porch roof and clean a couple more windows. The ladders could be used inside for decorating etc. as they are very compact when closed down.
They are easy to carry and go in a small boot.
They come with a sturdy canvas carry bag which helps to keep the ladders clean.
I am very pleased with my purchase.

I was hoping this would solve 90% of my ladder issues but although I can get to first floor windows I still feel happier on my aluminium extendable beast. Bit too bendy when fully extended!

It is a very good useful and and adjustable ladder to your required height type.
Some times locking function could be sticky especially one step near the bottom.
This ladder can be improved to make it not simply straight ladder but a stepped one so that you can stand on it on your own and not limited to using it resting against a vertical surface.

Telescope ladder
Brilliant. 5 stars.we use it to gain access to the loft, as we. Are unable to use a proper loft ladder. It stores easily under the bed.
