Product Description
Picking apples before they fall to the ground and bruise is easy from the lower branches, but the juiciest apples are always out of reach in the upper branches!. Our apple picker has an extending aluminium pole that extends from 0.9m to 2.4m, ideal for reaching to the tops of apple trees, with a twist and lock mechanism that holds the pole at the required length.
Lightweight and strong, the pole supports a fruit picking basket with large picking 'teeth' that surround the stalk of the fruit; a gentle tug pops it into the bag ready for lowering to the ground. Weighs just 600g

I'm delighted with this picker - the telescopic pole is great for accessing fruit that's hard to reach at the top of a good sized tree. It's lightweight, which makes it manageable and easy to manoeuvre, whilst the collection bag is big enough to hold several pieces of fruit. The claws are also well angled to grab fruit and pick with a simple twist. We have quite a number of apple and pear trees so this picker is coming in very handy indeed. Very pleased.

Have used it to pick apples from our old tree. Long enough to reach most of the apples and reasonably sturdy. Safer and easier than a ladder.

Really impressed with this product - previously I harvested my apples by precariously balancing on a ladder !!! Now with the telescopic pole I can reach all the apples on my trees and don't have to risk my life doing it !!

apple pick'in
i haven't used it yet as there are no more apples to pick but i was disappointed that it seemed very light and not very strong. we will see next summer when the apples are ripe

Very useful tool
This works well, now I can get the apples further up the tree. I have found it quite robust and consider it a useful addition to my garden tools.
