I wanted this as i like to record my phone calls especially for buiness as a few times ive had q company say 'no i didn't say that you must have mis-heard me' well now i can have prove i did not 'mishear'.
When i did my first test it was very clear but when i had a computer running right next to my phone it did pick up crackly interference.I tried it with a cordless phone and although ok the interference was quite noticeable.
If your useing it on a landline then it is very good but for cordless not so good.

Apparently, according to the supplier, this adapter has been reported not to work with some BT phones, as proved to be the case with my fairly common BT Decor 1200 phone which it rendered temporarily inoperable. The product description makes no mention of this limitation.
I guess I should really have given the product only 1-star, but the supplier did give me a full refund (incl return postage), albeit only after some prompting. I had better luck with the Retell 145 Call Recording Adapter.

The product arrived in two working days, and does the job it is meant for. The appliance is new and contains all the cables you are going to need. The recording quality is quite high as well.
