I refer to this book a lot - it has details of all the vitamins and minerals and herbal supplements, what they can be used for and recommended dosages. The end of the book lists different symptoms and conditions, and then recommends suitable vitamin products to help with these. An excellent resource, though was written a few years ago now so some recommendations may not be up to date.

A useful and fascinating resource, ordered by both ailment and supplement name. Constantly in use when I was working at Holland and Barrett.

After borrowing this book from the library I bought my own copy. The book is very easy to read and understand. I have used some of the products listed with positive results and have found the information very useful generally.
