Bigtime time saver 17 July 2001
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
The sheer quantity of individual protocols covered in this book took me by surprise. You get the protocols and you also get the platforms. I am impressed by the technical detail that this work provides it's readers, including diagrams and charts. If your an engineer who goes to the customer, or if you go on sales calls, take my advice and bring this with you.
