After searching fruitlessly for over fifteen years, my passion for colour-changing lights and toast have finally been combined into something more wonderful that I could have ever imagined.

How to review a toaster? Well, the one thing which stands out about this toaster is the visual aspect, and although not entirely necessary, it's good fun, and brightens up the kitchen! The light is nice and bright, and goes through distinct phases. If you're busy, it probably is quite useful, as the colour gives an indication of how far through the process the toaster is.
Moving on to the practicalities, there is an adjustable scale as to how brown you would like your toast to be - it's a big range, and seems to work well. There's a 'stop' button, and setting for frozen bread, and a setting to reheat. And as expected, there's a removable crumb tray underneath.
As for the actual toasting, we have tried bread, crumpets and tea cakes - all fit in the slots, and toast evenly. My only (very minor) criticism is that the very top of a slice of bread doesn't seem to fully toast. However, it just about fits sideways, so a fully even toast is possible.
For a two slice toaster, this is probably a little expensive, but it does work very well, and looks great!

Very novel toaster and fun, but does not toast any better than colourless ones, in fact the slots could be deeper, as they do not fully accommodate a standard sized slice of bread.
