The Specifics range has a thermo-conductive base, which features anti-abrasion copper speckles for excellent heat distribution and outstanding results.
The 28cm stir fry pan is ideal for cooking healthy stirfrys with lean meat, fish or tofu and vegetables. The pan is suitable for use on all hobs, except induction, and features stay cool handles. The stay-cool handles give the pan added versatility, enabling it to be used in the oven up to 180 degrees.
The Specifics range features Tefal's Expert non-stick interior and Thermo Spot, for better cooking control.
Thermo Spot is Tefal's unique heat indicator, which glows solid red to let you know when your pan is pre-heated to 200 degrees, the optimum temperature to start cooking.
With the Thermo Spot, there's no risk of the pan overheating or underheating. It enables you to sear your food at just the right temperature to seal in the flavour, in the same way a professional chef would.

Very pleased with this pan, I know Tefal is a good make and it is worth spending that little bit more to get something decent. I've gone for cheaper ones in the past and the non stick coating doesn't last. This pan is a nice weight to cook with and luckily for me, it has a black outside coating which totally matches the rest of my kitchen. Very pleased

I had purchased a Ken Holm Wok set from Argos and was extremely disappointed with those. They ended up in the bin within a fortnight - not non-stick at all as had been described.
I then looked to Tefal as I was replacing my frying pans anyway and had received several years of good service from my existing pans.
I was delighted. This stirfry pan does everything it is supposed to - no added oil required when cooking allows for healthier meals.
Don't hesitate to buy this if you are looking for a stir fry pan / wok. You won't be disappointed!

I bought this pan two years ago and literally use it on a daily basis. It still works as perfectly as the first day!

Excellent product!

Tefal Stir fry pan
