All the pans in the new Sensorielle range feature Tefal's latest and best Intensium non stick coating for cooking without oil, and the unique Thermo Spot.
Intensium is made up of an extra hard mineral base, fused to nine layers of non stick coating. Intensium is metal utensil safe and offers superior durability.
The coating works with Tefal's Thermo Spot, which glows solid red to let you know when your pan is pre-heated to 200 degrees, the optimum temperature to start cooking, to help add a touch of the professional to any cook. There’s no risk of the pan overheating or underheating with the Thermo Spot, you can sear your food at just the right temperature to seal in the flavour in the same way a professional chef would.
Like all the pans in the Sensorielle range, the 30cm frying pan features a high-performance anti-warp Resistal base, which is infused with copper particles for extremely effective heat distribution. The base is resistant to thermal shocks, so it won't warp if you put it under a cold tap while it's still hot. The base is suitable for gas and electric hobs.
The pans have aluminium bodies for even heat distribution, avoiding hot spots that could cause food to burn, and the non stick exterior is easy to clean.
The pans have curved comfort handles, and are dishwasher and ovensafe to 180 degrees.

At 30cm this pan is a large frying pan. It can take 16 sausages at once and comfortably cooks a breakfast for 5 with little/no oil. It has a lovely base that reminds me of a magic eye picture but which is very non-stick. I have found myself cleaning the pan simply by wiping off the excess food and wiping over with washing liquid and a cloth. No scouring, no scraping. The red dot clearly indicates when the pan is hot enough and the pan heats quickly.My only criticism is that it is 30cm wide and it does take up a wide footspace in a cupboard, but the advantages of its size outweigh the problems.

This must be the best frying pan I have ever used, I use this frying pan on a gas hob it heats up almost straight away, Also I was worried about the depth of the pan but its ideal I can fit twelve bangers in there with a bit of spare room hope this review helps .

This is a fairly large pan - high-sided and large diameter, compared with other frying pans. It could be used as a pan to fry eggs etc or to prepare meals using cook-in sauces, such as Indian or Chinese dishes (for which I previously used wok-like pans). It does take up quite a bit of space on the hob, so you may want to check the dimensions if you have a small cooker.
The non-stick surface works really well.
It is fairly heavy, but not too heavy; just enough for it to feel like a solid, good quality item. I am sure it will last!
I have other Tefal products and they are all excellent quality; based on early impressions I am confident that this pan will prove to be up to the usual Tefal standard.

Non-stick pan
Top class non-stick pan....just rinse under tap. No idea how long the non-stick will last but certainly looks good. Very big pan....make sure you get right size!

It Frys stuff without it Sticking!
Lovely product well packed and generous in size too. My Neice is loving it for her new home. Felt a bit bit sad giving it as a present but shae was delighted.
