I have a deep stir fry pan and frying pan from this range. I must have had them for around 4 years. The frying pan is now wearing and when using silicone spatulas with frying eggs, the eggs break as the non stick isnt as good any more. Fish skin also sticks a bit. Most other things are still ok. The handle is starting to loosen and wont seem to tighten with a screw driver(but hasnt fallen off either!) The deep stir fry pan is still doing ok.
These are the negatives but on the positives, they are by FAR the best non stick items i've ever bought.
We use these two items every single day and are from a hard wearing large family. The older kids use metal utensils and scratch the pan roughly, and they have withstood from the usual scratch marks you would normally get on non stick items.
We have had loads of pots and pans over the years and all the other items that were bought around the same time as these 'preference' items have all fallen victim to our family's heavy handedness.
I will replace the frying pan soon but I will replace it with the same range as I know the money will be well spent. Debenhams often have it in their 25% off sales so worth buying through them. I also think from memory there was some sort of guarantee with it but unfortunately i've lost mine. i will keep it next time as now I know if they do wear out before that time I can get a replacement.

This saucepan is fabulous!! The non-stick coating is second-to-none, so slick it makes it difficult to make scrambled eggs cause the eggs just slide around the pan :o) It is very big though (too big for the rings on my induction hob) & because it's great quality that makes it really heavy. Still great though & well worth the pennies.

I've just bought this pan and cannot comment on its long term performance but one limitation is immediately clear. It is not very efficient on an induction hob. I am comparing it to an IKEA 365 fying pan and my John Lewis saucepans all of which use induction performance to the full. This pan is rather slow to heat and never achieves the very high heat you expect from induction.
Update. After 11 months' use, I have found that the non-stick has been deteriorating for some time. Fried eggs now stick to the pan.

bit like ronseal!!
It is a frying pan, it is huge and things do not stick to it. It is easy to clean and most importantly it is like ronseal!! It does what it says on the label!!

Professionals don't use anti adhesive pans
Let's make it clear, professionals like Raymond Blanc hardly ever use this kind of pans in their kitchen. Maybe for cooking eggs and that's about it. Read more

Tefal Done Good
Very good Pan, cleans up better if you let the pan go cold after cooking, then soak it, comes up a dream. Nice open pan cooks well on a Med heat

heavy but quality
