I usually subscribe to the belief that "you get what you pay for," so was pleasantly surprised when these inexpensive pans turned out to be such high quality. I think this is a product that Jamie must be mighty proud to have his name on. These pans are substantial, cook beautifully, and clean up well. I put them through the dishwasher regularly and they come out looking brand new. This was one of the only sets that was stainless with a glass lid (I'd been looking to replace my old non-stick pans that were coming to the end of their lives after about 5 years of use). The lids fit well and wash up nicely, too. I expect that these will last a very long time!

I am looking for plain stainless pots and pans and Amazon advertises this as stainless they do not state "teflon coated" untill you figure it out in the fine print. sensible people now avoid teflon. A case of confusing identification. I will not buy these as a result

Brilliant!
