It has a stay cool riveted handle with soft touch insert for exceptional comfort and feel; and is oven safe up to 260 degrees Celsius. (Oven gloves required when removing from the oven) The pan has a PROMETAL bonded anodized interior for an even heat distribution and the ultimate in easy food release and cleaning. Best of all the Thermo-Spot heat indicator that is built right into the non-stick coating of the pan lets you know when your pan is preheated to the right temperature to seal in the flavour of your food.
