Great safety features include a hermetically sealed locking lid so no oil will spill if the fryer is knocked over and safety locking basket lowering mechanism which ensures the basket locks when removed from the fryer.
You have complete control over the frying results with the adjustable thermostat which allows you to cook different foods at different temperatures or crisper chips for the family. It has an extra large viewing window so you can see the cooking progress without opening the lid and cooling down the fryer and a self lowering external basket.
A removable carbon filter allows for effective grease and odour filtration and can be easily replaced or put in the dishwasher.
Cleaning the fryer can always be a hassle but Tefal have tackled this problem by making the fryer with a total Magiclean system. This means it has a removable lid, non-stick bowl, basket, body for easy dishwasher cleaning.
