Product Description

Product Description

Enjoy stress-free, healthy cooking with Tefal's range of Enjoy pans. Precision engineered, the Enjoy range is designed to be a kitchen essential.

The range has Longlide coating that promises a durable non-stick cooking performance, without the need for oil. It features durabase technology, which ensures there are no hot spots for even cooking.

Raised cool touch handles prevent the risk of burning hands and the pans are oven safe up to 180 degrees.

The non-stick coating is essential for cooking the perfect omelette, and at 20cms, the Enjoy omelette pan is the ideal size. Like every pan in the Enjoy range, the omelette pan features the Thermo Spot.

The Thermo Spot is Tefal's unique heat indicator, which glows solid red to let you know when your pan is pre-heated to 200 degrees, the optimum temperature to start cooking.

With the Thermo Spot, there's no risk of the pan overheating or underheating. It enables you to sear your food at just the right temperature to seal in the flavour, in the same way a professional chef would.

About Tefal

Tefal owes its origins to Frenchman Marc Grégoire, an engineer and keen fisherman. Monsieur Grégoire wanted the reel on his rod to run more smoothly, and experimented in the 1950s to see if a non-stick coating would work. It did, but it was his wife Collette who made the real breakthrough, suggesting the coating would be more useful in making cookware easier to use and clean. Now, Tefal is the number one name in non-stick products and small appliances, operating in more than 120 countries.Tefal remains committed to making household tasks easier and cooking results better, through a constant flow of new ideas, technology and innovation. Examples of that cutting-edge innovation can be seen in the ActiFry, the AirBake baking range and Tefal's unique Thermo Spot, which ensures your pans are always the perfect temperature to start cooking.

This is a great little pan. I bought it replace my last tefal pan of same size as I stupidly left it in a holiday cottage we rented at half term. (I take my little pan everywhere..even on holiday as the pans are usually rubbish and this fits into my luggage!!) I use it more than any other pan as it is perfect for scrambled eggs, omelettes and mini pancakes. It is just the right size for meals for one or child sized omelettes/pancakes etc...and of course being Tefal it is great quality and the non-stick coating is fab! Some people have complained about the size which I don't really understand as it very clearly states 20cm??

This is an ideal pan for omelettes and for frying small portions. A real asset to any kitchen. My last pan was the same make and it lasted about 4 years so good value I thought.

These pans are excellent to cook with BUT WHAT YOU DONT KNOW IS THAT TEFLON IS SODIUM FLOURIDE the fumes when heated they give off are the well known poison called PTFO it is POISONOUS!! I moved out a month ago and the only cooking equipment I have is made of TEFLON, I dont have a kettle or a microwave so tea and heating food is all done in teflon.... I HAVE BEEN ILL WITH BREATHING PROBLEMS, COUGHING UP MUCUS 4 TIMES NOW in just under 2 months.. and feeling VERY ILL. I happened to look up flouride and the damages it causes and how to stay away from it and teflon came into the mix. After a lot of research I am now SURE this is the problem. STICK TO CERAMIC or maybe iron (not aluminium). click this link for a quick and easy to understand youtube explanation (there is no add for any sale in this, it is purely information) http://youtu.be/4jbbyT1SYzU. THERE IS A LOT OF INFO ALL OVER THE INTERNET. Even DUPONT (who manufacture TEFLON) have said they will be changing the product to make it safe.. why would they do that if it wasnt true.
