A firm click of the button and the handles ingeniously fold away so both fryers and saucepans can stack in a unique pile of compact storage. During use the handles lock safely into place.
Expert Interior Coating with Top Coat -- A five layer advanced interior designed to guarantee exceptional cooking performance, comprising:
Undercoat Layer -- this is composed of a hard wearing formula that allows the use of metal utensils without the risk of scratches.Bonding Layer -- for maximum conductivity.
Anti Abrasion Layer -- barrier to resist any abrasion.
Top Coat Layer -- this layer reacts as an anti-scratch barrier which diminishes the scratches visibility after usage.
Finishing Layer -- provides a hard non-stick surface that ensures high performance cooking and easy cleaning.
Enamel Exterior -- Hard wearing coating for extra durability and easy cleaning.
Thermo-Conductive Base -- Anti-abrasion copper speckles on the pan base offer excellent heat distribution and deliver outstanding results.

The pans are also dishwasher safe, and are suitable for gas, electric and halogen hobs.
Tefal
Tefal owes its origins to a Frenchman, Marc Grégoire, and his wife, Colette. M. Grégoire, a keen fisherman, wanted to make his rod reel in more smoothly and, in the 1950's, experimented to see if a non stick coating might provide the answer. It did! But it was his wife who made the real breakthrough by gently suggesting that coating the cooking pans would have a more worthwhile application by making them easier to cook with and simpler to clean.
