Isn't it annoying when you're trying to iron and the electrical cord keeps getting in the way? The Tefal Aquaspeed range has been launched to make your life easier, with the exclusive Ultracord system helping to reduce the possibility of catching the fabric with the cord when ironing. The Ultracord system raises the cord enough so that instead of the cord resting against the clothes, causing interference and rucking, it will loop over the clothes and hang over the edge of the ironing board. Simple, yet effective. The Ultracord is also spring assisted making it fully automatic, and has a lock/unlock function that makes it easy to store as the cord can be wrapped around the heel.
Not only that, but the Aquaspeed Ultracord is fast and easy to fill with the extra wide opening hatch and built in funnel meaning filling only takes 5 seconds. The large non slip heel makes it exceptionally stable, while the anti drip system means no annoying drops of water.
The Aquaspeed Ultracord uses an ultraglide ceramic soleplate, has 2200 watts of power, 0-35g/min variable steam and a 95g/min shot of steam and has a large 300ml water tank.

Having had a number of irons from reputable manufacturers over the years this is the best so far. It is steady on its base ( I have a record of knocking them over) easy to fill and gives a good supply of steam.It glides over the clothes giving a good finish and cutting down my ironing time which is a real bonus.The price was reasonable and the delivery excellent.

Tefal irons just seem to be the best. This one glides really easily, better than other brands I have tried, which makes the whole process quicker and easier. It has a well shaped soleplate so you can iron forwards and backwards. Also easy to fill through a large opening. Haven't found the Ultracord feature of any use but certainly no problem with it. If you want to iron shirts quickly with minimal fuss get a Tefal iron.

Arrived promptly. Great iron, Tefal lasts for years and actually makes ironing not so much of a chore.
