I bought this DVD around a year ago, having practised yoga for months already, and use it around 2-3 times a week in conjunction with other Yoga practise DVDs. This 'class' is dynamic, energising and does truly 'centre' you, it also builds 'lean muscle' helping me feel totally confident in my own body. Afterwards I feel stronger, calmer and more in tune with my body's needs; it is perfect for exam time, helping me through my GCSEs last year and my AS levels this year. A truly wonderful DVD with easy-to-follow asanas and enjoyable poses. Enjoy!
