Got this toy for a friends 5year old son. Little lad was just fasinated with it. He now wants to be a physist when he grows up!! Great gift.

good packaging and presentation ;good instructions and durable but cord could wear in time with frequent use ; finish acceptable but not quite a show-piece ; needs considerable practice and perseverance to produce an effective spin ; I believe there's one way and only one way to repack into the cube .

A bit dissapointed with the quality of the finish. Welding burn marks are visible & one of the metal rings (the outer ring) is not solid it has a gap where the 2 ends meet. I would have hoped for better for the price but it does work satisfactory though.

Harking back to my youth I watched gyroscopes with glee. I am glad such things are still fun, and do not need any other power than ones arm to bring them alive.
