I bought this has I have been getting low pressure humidity headaches so it would help me decide whether I will go out and /or take some headache pills or even prevent them. I started to get slightly headachey at 50 percent humidity when the sun was out. When the humidity is high I try to stay in the shade by a river which is cooler, and less likely for me to get headaches. I get regular humidity headaches during the night and I spotted the reading 58C, which went on all night without break, my poor head! However, it looks like I am doing to have to have some kind of dehumidifier on during hot nights. From a preventative aspect, it is going to be interesting trying to figure out ways to 'beat the humidity' for me to keep well. I have even thought about buying a cooling vest, or even making up one.
I am looking forward to watching it in winter when it gets really icy.
It's has large numbers so easy to read from a distance. This one does not have wind speed, but there is a Technoline that has this for a few extra quid.
Sometimes the outdoor sensors don't don't work so I took out and replaced all batteries, including the one in the outdoor sensor thingy, and it worked again. I wouldn't have a computer near it during set up, this may mess up the sensors. I know when I went downstairs, away from my PC, it worked.
I have heard it eats batteries, and that it may break after 2 weeks. So far neither of this has happened.
