About the Author

Sarah E. Braddock Clarke is a freelance lecturer, curator, researcher and writer specializing in textiles and their applications to fashion, design and the fine arts. She co-wrote SportsTech with Marie O'Mahony, who is a textile and technology consultant for organizations throughout Europe and the United States. O'Mahony is the author of Cyborg: The Man Machine, published by Thames & Hudson in 2002.
