Be aware-this is only a study book-only questions in it,

Just be aware that this book is the STUDY GUIDE of Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets - is the thin one which only has exercise questions. I wanted to buy the big one "Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets" which explains technical analysis but I didn't realise that what I bought was actually an exercise book which does not explain anything. So BE CAREFULL!!However, the book seems good and has multiple choice questions for each chapter if you want to practice meaning that you already bought the hardcover book -not the study guide one. The delivery service from the company was fast and send it to my Dublin address without any problem or delay!!!

This is the Study Guide for Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets, as shown in the photo, and not as the title suggests the book itself. I gave up waiting for Amazon to ship my copy, and bought it from a marketplace vendor instead. It's OK, but a little pricey for what it is - basically just a set of multi-choice questions with answers in the back.The actual book, Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets, is excellent, but apparently difficult to come by. I eventually found a used copy from an ebay seller in the US for $30. I'm only part way through reading it, but it's already proved its worth. Highly recommended.

Of all the books on TA that I've bought, and there's been loads, this is by far the most comprehensive and informative. If you're a newbie to TA and don't really know where to start, then this book is a must purchase. It takes you through all the leading technical analysis techniques you'll ever want to learn from Dow theory, to momentum indicators, oscillators, moving averages, candlesticks, very little is left out. It is an extremely extensive guide to TA and the sort of book you can read cover to cover, as well as use as a general reference. If you're a trader, make sure this book is in your trading library.
