This should be a 5 star review except for one issue.
The chair is excellent. Build quality is top notch and the comfort is fantastic. The tilt control is very easily set to just the right setting for anyone's taste and the level of height adjustment is excellent.
I'm 5'11 (180cm) and the back of the chair is perfect. If you much taller then your head may not rest as comfortably as you would like but this will probably be the case with most chairs.
Now, why one star lost? The instructions. I love assembling furniture so the very very basic instructions (pictures only) weren't a problem but they may be for some. The real issue is that, when following the instructions, it is not easy to assemble the chair handles. I had to go against the instructions just to get it assembled.
So, I definitely recommend this chair. But, if you buy it, I also recommend the following additional instruction: When attaching the back cushion to the seat cushion, only lightly screw it in. Leave alot of room for movement. Then attach the handles tightly and finally tighten the screws for the back cushion. If you tighten the back cushion screws first, it is next to impossible to attach the arms tightly. The screw holes may not line up correctly. So, screw back on lightly, screw arms on tightly and only then tighten the back.

I bought this chair a few months ago. It was easily put together. After normal household use the wear and tear is starting to show. Only on the central shaft of the chair I hasten to add. It now wobbles too much on the side movement giving a feeling of unstabilty. The shaft has excessive play. You get used to it but its not confidence inspiring at times. A shame really as I would have given it 5 stars when it was new.
edit: The gas filled unit failed completely. Tec care informed as the chair was approx 6 months old. New part sent free of charge and now fitted. The chair is now excellent. Top marks to the seller for after sales service. Now worth 5 stars.

Excellent chair, big and very comfortable. Easy to put together. The delivery was incredibly fast. I think it came all the way from Germany and it arrived in less than 3 days, and the seller was in contact all the time, a detail which I thought was good. It is worth every penny, specially if we compare the quality of the chair with the ones that regular stores sale.. Same price, quality not even comparable.

Gas height adjuster failed
