I bought 2 of these chairs, the leather and comfort are great 100%, the wood work parts are terrible, soft wood used that had dents and marks on them the dark lacquer used to colour the wood is very thin and the slightest knock chips it away, and within a couple of hours the armrests has been marked, the finish of the wood parts could have been a lot better, after 2 weeks both chairs now wobble on the swivel pin and both creak every time you move and I am not a heavy person. The casters were of low quality and I swapped them with the casters from my old chair so it would move around the floor better. All in all they look great and stylish comfort level Great!!! quality 60%!! standard of wooden parts Terrible. Being made by a good company I expected a high standard of quality. All instructions were in German as was the email's sent with I assume return and or complains instructions, no use if you can not understand German.
I now do regret not paying for a better product. With a bit of care this chair could be a quality item.

This chair has a design flaw - the bracket/swivel mechanism on it is too weak - after six months it breaks and there is no way to fix it. Spend the money and get a higher quality chair - this one is false economy.

Ordered this item on 20 March 2012 and took delivery in the morning of the 22nd. Very quick delivery, well packed and wrapped into a box.
After taking out 7 wrapped items, it quickly made sense on how to assemble this lovely office chair. A one page instruction booklet with simple pictures was inserted into one of the packages, and although it's a very basic instruction booklet and not too much detail, the components itself made sense on how everything should fit together.
After about 15-20min assembly time, a nice executive looking chair was really comfortable to sit on. Although this chair is cheap'ish priced compared to other similar looking office chairs, the value for money is excellent. It looks stylish and expensive, and feels sturdy.
Note: This chair only offer height adjustments, but for myself, don't require backrest adjustment.
Now for some office time.
