Bought this chair after reading the couple of reviews that exist. We have not been disappointed. The chair looks great, the colour is navy blue, maroon and grey (colours on site appear to be black, red and grey) the colour of the chair is good for both male and female babies. Putting the chair together was no problem for me but there was a mistake in the instructions, the leg/foot rest is not adjustable as stated. The Height and reclining adjustments allow for various uses and not just for feeding; good for a quick nap or a little play time. The seat is well padded, comfy, wipe clean and the harness is navy blue in colour, the double adjustable tray is great. The chair folds quite flat with provision for the tray at the back. We did have one problem, a faulty catch, we contacted seller via e-mail and received replacement part 48 hours later. We would not hesitate to buy this product or use seller again.

All dispatch notices and invoice e-mails were written in German! Delivery was prompt and the item arrived suitably packaged.

All the components have a good quality feel and look to them, although as stated elsewhere the dark plastic is deep navy blue, not black. Having pulled all the items out of the box, trying to make sense of the poor instructions was interesting! The tiny line drawings inside are inaccurate and the directions are not very thorough. There have obviously been some changes to the design since they were printed, notably:

The instructions refer to 4 screws to secure the plastic frame base where the feet/castors are, but it soon becomes apparent that they have done away with screws in favour of sprung metal studs which lock into place.

The instructions also infer that there are four castors, when in fact there are only 2 (which go at the front in case like me you were wondering when assembling!). The rears have been replaced by rubber feet. This is probably no bad thing because unless you are tilting the chair forward to push baby towards the table; the chair is static when level (the front castors can be locked to prevent any additional movement if you have a particularly athletic child!).

They also suggest that the footrest is adjustable but I cannot see how it possibly can be as it is a solid bit of plastic with no pivots. The footrest was a very tight fit and required a lot of force to snap into place.

An omission from the instructions is that it does not detail how to fit the metal tube (which gives it most of its rigidity!). This runs across the front of the chair and is secured with two nylon lock-nuts. Nor do they mention how you fit the underslung basket. For those that are still wondering - it attaches to the red pegs on the sides of the chair and secures to the aforementioned bar running across the front of the chair using 'poppers'.

Once the (improvised) assembly is complete, the finished chair is a dream with a lot of neat functions. The height, tilt, tray position and armrests are all adjustable. The tray has a removable insert for easy cleaning and the tray assembly can be removed and stowed on the back of the frame. It isn't a small chair, but feels very robust and sturdy and can be folded flat for easy storage.

Suffice to say I think our little girl will love it...

strange assembly! 21 Jan 2012
By Shicks
product came promptly and well packaged. Instructions too simplistic, some parts already assembled and some parts surplus to requirements. Parts that in picture appear black to me are navy in real life, definately a boys seat rather than unisex or even female as descibed! Light grey part of seat is actually removable cushion which just sets itself up for getting really dirty so I dont use at all. But for price good quality and looks nice.
