This book is easy to read and has some really fun games that can be used in the office or at any Social Event. The games are easy to follow and would be suitable for many ages. It starts off with "getting to know you" games which involves finding out about other people in the team ie. names, hobbies, likes etc...
It then follows on with actual games that involve having to build or create something. This book is in constant use at my office and everyone has felt something posotive from using it.

I've only had chance to flick through it so far. However, with resources of merit this always leads to me spending more time looking through the ideas. There seem to be far too many airy fairy activities that I and a couple of mates could dream up over a couple of pints. Doesn't strike me as very practical nor a resource I will call on. Buy Quick Team-building Activities for Busy Managers: 50 Exercises That Get Results in Just 15 Minutes ~Brian Cole Miller instead - leaps and bounds ahead.

We used this book for a current company workshop and it was amazing. The team building activities helped the staff to learn more about each other in a very creative way. We had lots of fun and learned too. I highly recommend this book for any company looking for great team activities.

There was such a lot of great reviews for this book that I bought it. I am not that impressed. It is too basic and I don't think the instructions are clear enough.

This book is quite dated but that is the beauty. Some of the exercises have been long forgotten and are not in the current books so can be revived. I have already used some and have tweaked them a little and they have been well received
